Bloating: Painful False Weight Gain

Recently, I’ve done 3 god awful things to my body, and the result, of course, intense bloating. Things people shouldn’t subject themselves to while trying to lose weight.

Okay, so in general, my eating habits are straight garbage. I’m pretty sure that I, all at once, ate 16 vanilla Yoplait cups. This is very terrible. It’s no wonder why bloating is such a common thing for me. Let alone, people in general

Yoplait, and most non-greek yogurts in general, doesn’t offer anything in health. No nutrient density, only has generic dairy qualities. And those tend to make people bloat. People on average get way to much dairy in their diet. And unfortunately, I’m one of them.

The second thing I did was eat more than one piece of old gum. It did not expire. It still doesn’t help the gas you get from too much of it. I know I had probably 5 sticks.

Mints are most definitely worse in terms of gas. Too much of either is pretty bad. If you learn anything from this blog post, just avoid them altogether.

I never walk around with horrible breathe. So I’m a bit biased in that sense. I say that because if I ever have bad breathe, I can taste it. I don’t know if this is rare, but too many people walk around with bad breathe. At least for it to be as common as I’d like or expect.

Moving on, the third thing. I just emptied a 2-liter of Sierra Mist. Whenever I start posting weight loss stuff, you will hear me state how terrible soda is for you.

I’m very much aware of how bad my diet is. I’m taking the right steps to correct all of the damage these 2 past years gave me.

Whenever I see that huge number of followers that I’d like to see in the site. I’ll add follow ups.
