Healthy Shopping List

I lost 30 pounds alone last summer. With everything going on now, it seems like it’ll be impossible. I don’t think dad understands how crippled he helped make me in my world. Anyway can say ‘you can do it‘, but realistically, there is going to be a time where I look him dead in the eyes, and remind him that he taught me nothing in this world.

It’s such complete honesty that, honestly, I don’t think he’ll ever be able to hear that. I guess it depends on where I am at in life at that point in time, if I told him it now, it would hurt. And as he is now, his natural response will be to cripple me more.

I do have an expansive amount of tips/change, like I mentioned yesterday in my pathetic one paragraph post. Speaking of which, I apologize for that. I was hanging out with a friend, having some fun. Managed to make a food shopping list though later that night. I stayed up all night and waited for the bus around 5 a.m.

Curfew is lifted apparently, so luckily the bus didn’t start coming at a later time. Came home and started to finish my binge watching of Daria.

ANYWAYS, back to the barely touched topic. I made a shopping list for planning to eat healthier. I think this is my 8th attempt of changing my diet. Last time being last summer when I ate raw chia seeds and steel-cut oats, along with an outrageous amount of chicken breast. I already have an extreme abundance of untouched chicken breast in the freezer. So I don’t really need to buy more at all. Something that I lowkey inserted into my diet, is sandwiches, with cold cuts and lots of mayo.

This health kick is something I’ve been preparing for and propositioning in the back of my head for a while now. And my diet, as of late has been, cheese quesadilla & cold cut sandwiches, ice cream stolen from work, too much Sprite, along with airheads, and desperate pizza orders to distract from the hell my body is under right now.

The shopping list involves lemons. There’s about a gallon of chia seeds I’ve done literally nothing with. I’m going to make chia lemon water. Still debating on getting sugar. Regardless I’ll finally have a use for all of it.

The first thing on the list is Salmon. The one lean meat I’ve been considering outside of chicken breast. It’s probably the most integral part. And with dad not exactly looking at what we buy for food, I can take advantage and get wild caught salmon which is extremedy beneficial to health period. A lot of it contains old things that I’ve tried and worked: eggs, lettuce, almonds, lemons. Things I will definitely eat as long as it’s fresh, apples, grapes, oranges, hotdogs and lunch meats. And it will also contain things that I’ve tried, didn’t like, but will forcibly keep trying: SPINACH.

I’m excited though. Quesadilla ingredients are hands down the most expensive portion of shopping for food. Cutting it out and trying a new diet, will not only give me more energy, but it will open the door for new foods.

Alright, I’ve bored you enough. And it’s almost 12.

Thanx for listening💋
